BHINDI-KARELA-DO-PYAZA

Waise to karela sabko kum he pasand aata hai specialy kids ko. Kids ko karela khilana bahot he mushkil task hota hai. So kyu na hum is rejected vegitable ko banaye ek tasty dish.
Maine ye dish mere dad ko karela khilane ke liye try ki thi. Unko karela bilkul bhi pasand nai but jab unhone ye dish try ki to unko bahot pasand aayi or karela unki wish list me add ho gya :D
Bhindi ke sath karele ka combination bahot he delicious combo hai. And i am sure ki ye combo aap sab ko bhi bahot pasand aaega so what are you waiting for...

INGREDIENT 

Okra - 150 g
Bitter gourd - 100g
Onion - 4
Green chilli - 4-5
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Fennel powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seed powder - 1 tsp
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Mustard oil - 5-6 tsp

METHOD --


Karele ko achi tarah se wash kar ke cut kar le. Salt ke pani me soak kar ke 30-40 minute ke liye rakh de. Wash kar ke 2 cup pani mesoft hone tak boil kar le.

Ek pan me oil garam kar ke boiled karela or bhindi add kar ke mix karte hue stir fry kar le. Bindi ke soft hone tak fry kar le.

Chopped onion ko pan me add kar ke mix kare. Cover kar le 4-5 minute tak cook kar le.

Red chilli powder green chilli salt turmeric powder fennel fenugreek seed powder coriander powder garam masala add kar ke mix kare. Cover kare or 7-8 minute tak slow flame per cook kare.
Dry mango powder add kare or mix kar ke another 3-4 minute ke liye cook hone de. Taste kare or masale adjust kare.

Delicious bhindi karela do pyaza surve kare ke liye ready hai roti rice puri or naan ke sath surve kare.
