VEGITABLE BURGER


Burger kids se lekar adult tak sabko bahot he pasand hai. And i'm also one of them. But daily oily snacks khana bhi health ke liye harmful hota hai and fat bhi.
Burger ko bahot sari alag alag flavours ke sath banaya jata hia like aloo tikki burger chicken tikki burger green tikki burger and meny more...
Specialy kids ko burger bahot jyada pasand hota hai. So mere paas hai ek aisi healthy burger recipe jo aapke kids ko bhi pasand aayegi or aap bhi khush. Aaj hum lekar aaye hain mix vegitable tikki burger wo bhi cucumber tomato slices ke sath. Cheese jo ki bahot fat rakhta hai so humne cheese ko replace karke different flavours mayonnaise ko use kiya hai jo tasty bhi hai or health ke liye bhi harmful nahi hai.

INGREDIENT

For tikki -
Potato - 1
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Green peas - 1 cup
Green chilli - 2
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Black paper powder - 1 pinch
Bread crumb - 3-4 tsp
Oil - for frying

For burger-
Burger bun - 2
Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 1
Lentil leaves - 4
 Veg Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Pizza spread mayonnaise - 4 tsp


METHOD --


Vegitable tikki banane ke liye ek hand grinder me peas ginger green chilli cauliflower ko grind kar kar le. Ek bowl me potato crushed peas green chilli cauliflower salt coriander powder corn flour ginger paste black paper powder add kar ke achi tarah se mix kar le.

Ready kiye mixture se tikki bana kar ready kar le. Ek plate me dry bread crumb nikal kar tikki ko bread crumb me achi tarah se coat kar ke 5 minute ke liye set hone ke liye rakh de.


Ek pan me 3-4 tsp oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke baad usme tikki ko crisp or golden hone tak  stir fry kar le. kitchen paper per nikal kar extra oil paper per nikal le.


Burger ko assemble karne se pehle burger bun ko dry roast kar lenge. Ek non stick pan me bun ko cut karke dry roast kar ke thoda crispy kar le. Agar aap chahe to bun to grill bhi kar sakte hain .


Burger Bun ko dry roast karne ke baad burger ko assemble kar lete hai. Burger ko assemble karne ke liye sabse pehle buns per pizza sauce ki ek layer lga le. 2nd layer me cucumber slice and tomato slice and salid leaves add kare and vegitable tikki rakh kar veg meyo se topping kare. then dono parts ko assemble kare and toothpic se fix kare.
