CHURMA BALLS




Churma--- i  know ki main akeli nahi hu yahan jiske face per ek badi si smile aati hai ye word sunne k baad :D Rajasthan or Hayana ki ye famous dish jo sbki faverite hai.

For a Haryanvi its choorma not churma :p with a lot of ghee and jaggery messed with roti is a big source of energy.

I remember ki mai jab bhi apne liye choorma banati meri sister hamesha sharing ke liye jid karti or mai hamesha mana krti ;) choorma hai share kare bhi to kaise share karte but bahot sari humble requests ke baad :p

Jitna dekhne me tasty lagta hai utna he banane me easy bhi. Mere ghar me choorma mostly mere appa he banate hain coz unko banana pasand hai or hume khana :D

 I think ab main kuch jyada he time waste kar rahi hu so let's go to the kitchen...


INGREDIANT

Chapati - 6-7
Jaggery - 1 1/2 bowl
Ghee - 1 cup

METHOD --



Ek bowl me chapati or grated jaggery ki add kar ke hath se achi tarah se mash kar le. Chapati or jaggery ko tab tak mix kare jab tak wo ek dry paste ki tarah nahi ho jaye.


Chapati or jaggery ko mash karne me 10-12 minute ka time lag jata hai. So ise achi tarah se mash kar le.

 chapati jaggery ke achi tarah se soft hone ke baad ek cup ghee add kare or fir se ise hath se mash karte hue mix kar le. Ghee ko tab tak mix kare jab tak ghee chapati ke sath completly mix na ho jaye.


Churma se balls or laddo bana le or garam garam dal ke sath surve kare.
