SAGO CUSTARD



Navratri special... Navratri ke ye 9 din  hum sab ke liye bahot special hain. In 9 dino ke fast me hum daily kuch na kuch new or tasty dishes he banaenge. Kyuki in fast ke dino me hum onion or garlic use nahi karte hain is liye in next 9 dino me hum sirf fast recipes or without onion garlic ki dishes post karenge.

Navratri ke in 9 dino me hum mata rani ke bhog ke liye prashad banate hain or mata ko bhog laga kar he hum khana khate hain. Aaj navratri ka second day hai or aaj hum prashad ke liye bana rahe hai sago custard.

Sago custard ek easy to make dish hai or ise hum thanda he surve karte hain. Sirf 3 step or 3 ingredient se ready ye custard bahot he yummy hota hai. Sago hum fast ke liye bahot sari dishes banane ke liye karte hain. Sweet ho ya namkeen to sago har dish ke liye parfact hota hai.
To chaliye banate hain aaj ka prashad...

INGREDIENT


Milk - 1 ltr
Sago - 2 cup 
Sugar - 7-8 tsp

METHOD --

 Sago ko wash karke 4 cup pani me 3-4 hours tak sock kar ke rakh den. Kyuki sago hard hota hai or sticky bhi to sago ko achi tarah se cook karne ke liye sock karna jaeoori hota hai taki sago achi tarah or jaldi cook ho jaye or sticky bhi na rahe.



 Ek litter dhoodh ko achi tarah se boil kar len. Dhoodh ke boil hone ke baas usme soak kiya hua sago add kare or continue chalate rahen. Dhoodh ko boil hone me 4-5 minute ka time lgta hai.

Custard ko continue chalate rahe taki custard bartan se chipake nahi. Custard ki thik hone tak cook kar le. Sago ko mesh nahi karna hai. Bus transparent hone tak cook karna hai. Jaise he sago cook hota jaega wo bartan se apne aap alug hota jaega. Sago ke cook hone ke baad hum isme sugar add karke mix karenge or 2-3 minute tak cook kar lenge.


Thanda hone ke liye 1 hour ke liye fridge me rakhe. Glasses me dal kar rose petals se garnish kare or chilled surve karen. Enjoy your custard with your family.
