POTATO PENUT TIKKI



Navratri ki 2nd day hai or aaj ke prashad ke liye hum bana rhe hain potato spinach penut tikki. Bahar se crispy or andar se soft or spicy ye aalo tikki vart ke liye ekdum perfact dish hai.
Mujhe spicy food bahot pasand hai or salt or spices ke bina 9 din tak main to reh he nahi sakti. So mujhe chaheye kuch na kuch teekha or chatpta jo mere fast ke liye bhi perfact ho health ke liye bhi.
Isliye maine banaya aalo tikki ko thoda sa healthy way me. Less potato and more spinach ke sath. Penut powder humari tikki kk ek crunch or taste to dega he sath me spinach potato ko binding me bhi help krega.
Aap ise aise he green chutni ke sath bhi surve kar sakte hain or dahi methi chutni or green chutni ke sath chaat bana kar bhi surve kar sakte hain.
So lets go..

INGREDIENT

Potato - 4-5
Spinach - 2 cup
Penut powder -5-6 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Black paper powder - 1/2 tsp
Rock salt - as per taste
Ghee - for stir fry

METHOD --

 palak ko wash kar kr barik cut kar le. Ek bowl me barik kati hui palak boiled or mashed potato green chilli rock salt black paper powder or penut powder add kar ke achi tarah se mix kar len. Mixture ko hand se achi tarah se 8-10 minute tak mash karte hue ek dough ready kar len. Agar dough jyada soft lage to thoda penut powder or add kar sakte hain.

Ready kiye hue tikki ke mixture se same size ke balls bana le. Ab apne palm per tboda sa oil laga kar round shape me cutlets ready kar le. Aap chahe to ise apni choice se koi bhi shape de sakte hain.

 Ek pan me 3-4 tsp ghee gara kare. Ghee garam hone ke baad pan me ek baar me 3-4 ta jitne aapke pan me aaye utne cutlet dal de. Dono taraf se golden or crisp hone tak fry kar le. Aap chahe to penut powder se coat kar ke deep fry bhi kar sakte hain. Psn se nikal kar kitchen napkin per rakh kar extra ghee nikal le.

Gree chutni ke sath garam garam surve kare ya meethi dahi imli ki chutni hari chutni paneer or anaar ke dano se ke sath garnish karke chaat bhi bana sakti hain.
