GOBHI PARATHA

Winters ke start hote he market me gobhi ke bade bade stalls lage aapko bahot milenge. Gobhi se hum kitni sari dishes banate hain like aalo gobhi gobhi korma gobhi ke pakode gobhi ka achaar etc etc. Inhi sab dishes me se ek hai jo sabki favorite bhi hai or famous bhi wo hai Punjabi gobhi ka paratha.
Hot and spicy gobhi ka paratha kids ki sbse pehli choice hoti hai specialy sunday breakfast ke liye. Fresh curd or makhan ke sath surve kiya jane wala paratha kisko pasand nai hoga. So let's make this lovely paratha for your next breakfast menu..

INGREDIENT

For dough -
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Luck warm water - as required

For stuffing -
Cauliflower - 1/2 kg
Green coriander leaves - 3 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate seed powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - for greasing

METHOD --



Kuch bhi cooking karte time hum sabse pehle dough ready karte hain so hum bhi pehle apna dough he ready karte hain. Ek bowl me flour salt ghee add kar ke achi tarah mix kar le. Luck warm water ki help se dough ready kar ke 10-15 minute tak cover kar ke set hone ke liye side me rakh de.

Jab tak humara dough rest karta hai hum apne parathe ki stuffing ready kar lete hai. Gobhi ko achi tarah se wash kar k dry kar le. Extra leaves nikal kar grate kar le. Salt green chilli red chilli powder coriander powder green coriander leaves ginger paste garam masala pomegranate seed powder add kar ke spoon se mix kar le. Parathe ke liye stuffing ready hai.

Dough se ek lemon size ki ball nikal le. Board per flour dust kar ke roller ki help se round thin roti bna le. Stuffing se 2 tsp mixtre roti per rakj kar hath se spread kare. Roti ko corners se utha kar band kar ke ek potli bana le. Hath se tap karte hue thoda roll kare. Flour se coat kar ke patla roll kar le.

Heavy bottom ka tawa garam kar uspe roll kiya hua paratha dal kar lower side se thoda cook hone de. Lower side se thoda cook hone ke baad parathe ko flip kar le oil lgaye. Dusri side se bhi flip kare or oil lga kar dono sides ke golden hone tak cook kare. Sare padathe aise he bana le.
Garma garam spicy gobhi paratha ko pickle curd and alot of butter ke sath surve kare and share kare ;)  :)
