CHEESE FINGER



Cheese fingers fried mozzarella sticks ko corn starch or bread crumb me coat karke deep fry kiya jata hai. Cheese fingers ko nonveg style me banane ke liye hum corn starch ko egg white se replace kar ke fry karte hain.
Waise to cheese sticks ko dip karne ke liye corn flour ko water ke sath mix kar ke sath mix kiya jata hai but hum in cheesey sticks ko or flavourful banane ke liye isme mix hurbs or italiyan seassoning bhi mix kar rahe hain.
Ghar me suddnly guest aa jaye ya family ki demand per kuch instant snacks banane ho to is se fast dish shayud koi or nahi ho sakti. Sirf five minutes me ready hone wale ye starter bahot he tasty hai. 

INGREDIENT

Mozzarella sticks - 4
Corn starch - 2 tsp
Mix hurb - a pinch
Italian seassoning - 1 pinch
Dry bread crumb - 4-5 tsb
Salt - 2 pinch
Oil - for frying

METHOD --

Ek plate me cirn starch mix hurb or italian seasonning add kar ke 4-5 tsp water add kare or patla ghol bana le. Dusri plate me drg bread crumb or salt mix kar ke rakh le.


Mozzarella sticks ko corn starch ke mixture me dip karke dry bread crumb me ciat kar le. Is process ko fir se repeat kar le. Cheese sticks ko again corn flour me dio kar ke bread crumb me coat kar ke. Sare sticks ko isi tarah se double dip karke 4-5 minute ke liye set hone ke liye rakh de.

Ek pan me oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke baad cheese sticks ko oil me crispy or golden hone tak fry kar le. Sticks ko fry hone me ek minute se bhi kum ka time lagta hai. Sticks ko oil se nikal kar kar kitchen paper per nikal le.

Hot crispy and tasty cheese fingers ko tomato sauce green chutni or meyo ke sath durve kare or enjoy kare.
