BAINGAN BHARTA


I love brinjal. Mujhe or meri sis ko baingan bahot jyada pasand hai.  but mere appa and bhai ko baingan bilkul bhi pasand nahi specialy aalo baingan. Baingan ka bharta ek aisi dish hai jo meri puri family ko baingan khila sakti hai. Because everyone love baingan bharta in my family. Specialy my appa and brother :D
Jab mai choti thi tab maine first time baingan ka bharta apne ek relative ke ghar dinner me khaya tha or tabhi se main baingan ki fan ho gyi thi. Punjabi baingan ka bharta full of spices or tasty hota hai. Mai baingan ka bharta humesha baingan ko bake karke he banati hu or wo bahot he tasty hota hai.
 baingan bharta ke punjabi dish hai jo baingan ko roast or bake karke spices ke sath stir fry karke banaya jata hai. Aaj mai apni simple half bake half cooked ye dish ki supar spicy or easy recipe aapke sath share kar rahi hu.

INGREDIENT

Brinjal - 4 midium
Onion - 2

Tomato - 2

Ginger garlic - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 3
Coriander leaves - 2-3 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black paper powder - 1/3 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry pomogranate seeds powder - 2 pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmaric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3 tsp

METHOD --




Sabse pehle brinjal ko wash karke peal kar le or chunk size me cut kar le. Ek micro safe bowl me brinjal add karke microwave me full temperature me 25 minute ke liye bake kar le. Beech me check kar le agar set time se pehle aapko cooked lage to check kar le.mujhe merw microwave me baingan ko bake karne me 25 minute ka time lagta hai.
Note - Time apne microwave ke according set kare.



Ek pan me oil heat kar le.oil garamhone ke baad cumin seeds asafoetida ginger garlic add kar ke garlic ke pink hine tak saute kar le. Ginger garlic ke saute hine ke baad onion add kare or 2-3 minute tak saute kar le.


Onion ke soft hone ke baad tomato green chilli red chilli salt turmaric coriander powder garam masala cinnamon powder pomegranate seed powder black paper powder or 1 tsp coriander leaves add kar ke tomato ke pluppy hone tak cook kar le.


Baked and mashed brinjal ko add kare or achi tarah se mix kar ke 4-5 minute tak cook kar ke. Brinjal ke cook hone ke baad baki ka 2 tsp coriander add kare or mix kar ke gas flame off kar de.
