GULKAND


Gulkand rose or sugar se bana sweet rose jam hai judme flavour ke liye sonf ilaychi etc mix kiya jata hai. Gulkand ki making process bahot he easy hai.
Homemade gulkand ka flavour market se milne wale gulkand se bahot jyada acha hota hai. Gulkand or rose jam bahot he useful hota hai. Gulkand ka medicaly or ayurvedic me bahot use kiya jata hai. Gulkand mouth ulcar stomach heat jaisi medical problems me bhi bahot he useful hota hai.
Because rose ka nature cool hota hai so rose jam summers me aapki body ke liye bahot he helpful hota hai. Daily gulkand khane se stress bhi door hota hai or body ke liye bhi medicaly useful hota hai.
In sab se alag gulkand ka use aajkal ki cooking me bhi ek bade amount me kiya jata hai. Like stuffed sweets gujiya etc ki filling me bhi hum gulkand ka use karte hain.

INGREDIENT 

Rose petals - 50 g
Sugar - 50 g
Fennel - 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom - 1/2 tsp

METHOD --

Gulkand banane ke liye indian rose sabse best mana jata hai. So aaj hum bhi isi indian rose ka he use kar rahe hain apna gulkand banane ke liye. First rose petals ko achi tarah se saaf karke wash kar le or sukha le. Petals ke sukhne ke baad ek mixer jar me rose petals sugar fennel seeds or cardamom seeds add kar ke roughly grind kar le.


Rose and sugar ke is mixture ko roughly bland karne ke baad ek airtight glass jar me nikal le. Glass jar ko tight band kar ke jar ko direct sunlight me rakh le.


 rose jam ko daily 10:00am to 04:00pm means sunlight time me atleast 13-14 din ke liye rakh de. Is rose jam ko daily morning me sunlight me rakhne se pehle ek dry spoon ke sath mix kar le then sunlight me rakh de.
