STUFFED TINDA


Tinda ek bahot he healthy vegitable hai. Tinda ko round shape and green color ki wajah se apple gourd bhi kaha jata hai. Tinda ko hum humari local language me tindsi bhi bolte hain. Tindsi ko hum greavy or dry to bahot baar banate hain but aaj maine tinde ke sath kuch new try kiya. Mere appa ko tinde bahot pasand hain so maine unke liue tinde ko ek new look diya.
Onion and paneer mixture ke sath indian spices ise ek rich taste and lovely aroma deta hai.. Jab maine ye dish banayi to meri family me sabko bahot pasand aayi and next day fir se banane ke liye request ki :D so mai ye recipe aap sab ke sath share karne ke liye lekar aayi hu. I'm sure you gonna love with this dish.

So let's start.. :)

INGREDIENT 

Round gourd - 5-6
Onion - 1 midium size
Tomato - 1
Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Ghee - 3-4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Coriander leaves - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 10-12
Black paper powder - 1/3 tsp
Pomegranate  seeds powder -2 pinch
Water - as required

FOR STUFFING --

Onion -2
Cheese - 50 g
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander sticks - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tsp

METHOD --


 First tinde ko cut kar ke two part kar le. Ab sare parts ko peal karke ek spoon or knife ki help se tinde ko deseed kar le.


Ek pan me ghee garam kar le. Ghee garam hone ke baad usme cumin seeds add kar ke crackle kar le.



Cumin seeds crackle hone ke baad chopped onion add kar ke saute kar le. Red chilli powder salt turmaric powder coriander powder garam masala add kare or mix kar ke saute kar le.



Crumbled cheese or coriander green add kar ke mix kare or 2-3 minute cook karne ke baad gas flame off kar de. Thunda hone ke liye rakh de.


Stuffing ke thunda hone ke baad tinda bowls ko spoon ki help se fill kar le. Sare bowls ko isi tarah se fill kar ke rakh de.


Same pan me ghee garam kare.ghee garam karne ke baad cumin seeds ginger garlic paste add kare or saute kar le.




Ginger garlic cook karne ke baad chopped onion add kare or transparent hone tak saute kar le. Onion ke soft hone ke baad chopped tomato add kar kemix kar le.



Tomato ko ek minute saute karne ke baad red chilli salt turmaric powder coriander powder garam masala powder  black paper powder pomegranate seed powder add kar ke mix ksre or raw smell disappear hone tak cook kare.


Onion tomato masale ke cook hone ke baad stuff tinde add kar ke mix kare or slow flame per cover kar ke 6-7 minute tak cook kar le.


Tinde ke half cook hone ke baad 2 tsp water cream or milk add kare or achi tarah se mix kar ke again cover kar ke cook kar le.

 milk and cream add karne ke 6-7 minute baad check kare.  Green coriander or curry leaves add kare or Mix kare. thoda sa pani or add kar de. Ek baar me jyada pani add na kare. Jab bhi jroort ho to 2-3 tsp pani he ek baar me add kare.



Taste kare or seasosning adjust kare. Tinde ko cook honeme minimum 20-25 minute ka time lagta hai. So tinde ko beech me check karte rahe or light hand se mix karte rahe.


Garam garam creamy stuffed tinde ready hain. Roti paratha puri or naan ke sath ise hot surve karen.
