VEG BESAN CHEELA



Jab bhi jaldi me ho or breakfast banane ke liye jyada time na ho to ye cheela hmesha meri help karta hai kyuki isko banane me time bhi bahot kum lagta hai lr taste ke sath sath ye humari health ke liye bhi bahot acha hai.
Kyuki isme humbesan ke sath bahot sari vegetables use karte hain or almost oil free dish hai jo is healthy dish ko or jyada healthy banata hai. Agar aap dite per bhi hain to bhi ye cheela aapki dite ke liye bahot acha option hai.
So let's go.. Banate hain ek healthy and veg besan cheela...

INGREDIENT

Gram flaur - 2 cup
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Spinach - 1 cup
Green chilli - 3-4
Turmeric - 1/3 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/3 tsp

METHOD --

 Sabse pehle hum ek bowl me besan lekar pani ke sath mix karke achi tarah se whisk karte hue iska paste bana lenge. Besan ko aap jitna jyada whisk kroge aapka cheela utha he jyada soft or fluffy banega.

Besan ke paste me vegetables salt green chilli garam masala coriander powder add karke achi tarah se mix kar le. Agar aapko aapka mixture jyada patla lag raha hai to thoda besan add kar ke achi tarah se mix kar le.
 Ek nonstic tawa garam kare. Agar aapke paasnonsyic nahi hai to regular tawa garam karke half tsp oil dal kr spread kar le.nonstic tawa per aap is step ko skip kr skte hain. Garam tawa per thoda sa mixture dal kar spoon ki help se tawa per achi tarah se spread kar le.

 Cheele ki niche ki side ke golden hone tak cook kare or flip kar ke doosi side se bhi golden hone tak cook kar le.

 Dono side se golden hone ke baad cheela ko ek plate me nikal le. Baki ke mixture se bhi aise he cheele bana kar ready kar le.

Aap chahe to isko aise he surve kare ya cookie cutter se intresting shape me cut karke green chutni meethi chutni tomato sauce ya chilli tomato chutni ke sath surve kare.
